The first graders were excited to shop at the PBIS Store for the first time this year. They also enjoyed buying goodies at Snacks on Tracks.
Many classes spent time this week honoring the memory of 9/11. The Freedom Flag Foundation provided flags, books, and a piece of the Twin Towers for BE elementary students.

Junior High Football practice is cancelled for today (Tues. Sept. 10)
In 2nd grade today during writing time we got to met with our milk and cookie partner. We then got to practiced reading our personal narratives.
Our class had their first Show and Tell today and then enjoyed some late afternoon sunshine!
A few of the third graders showed their grandparents the classroom and their clean desks today. It's always special to have our grandparents visit us.
During our art lesson today in, 2nd grade, we learned about actual texture and implied texture in art. We then created artwork inspired by the story Owl Babies.
