PreK/Jr.K hard at work!


The first graders are learning about living and nonliving things so we went on a walk and classified the things we saw by drawing pictures.










Kindergarten is busy learning about rainbows.🌈


Oakley earned "lunch with the teacher" today!


Picture day is on Thursday, September 5th for both sites. Digital Solutions is doing ordering same process as last year. About two weeks after pictures taken, a proof will be sent home with students that will have their online code which parents can order from.

Good morning from Mrs. Saaries First Grade class.


Our science lesson focused on matching baby birds to their parents based on physical traits such as the shape of the beak, claws, and eyes.






During our art time, in 2nd grade,we learned about the use of lines. We then looked at artwork by Kandindsky. We then created apples inspired by his work









The students learned about Animal Safety and how a praying mantis protects himself.

The second graders learned about animal classification during science. They then got to practice sorting animals by characteristics.







Mrs. Bailey is helping our students love music by incorporating movement and music.


The first graders have been learning about simple machines this week. We made popsicle stick catapults to see how far marshmallows would go. We also played a fun game of Kahoot to review what we learned about simple machines.











Some much deserved free time after learning about Animal Needs and Community.
